Noela & Bryan got married last weekend on a rainy day at The Sturbridge Host Hotel in Sturbridge, MA. We kept going back and forth about the first look – should we go outside? Should we stay inside the hotel? We decided to have the first look inside to be on the safe side, and as we were in the middle of the wedding party shots someone said “It looks like it stopped raining!” We decided to brave the elements, and went outside armed with umbrellas and rain boots just in case it started raining again! It drizzled a bit while we were outside taking photos, but everyone made the best of it! Noela and Bryan decided to have the ceremony indoors, and by the time it was over, the skies had cleared and the weather was beautiful! The reception was held outside in a tent, and the details were all spectacular (and how much do you love the whoopie pies?). Noela and Bryan did such a great job bringing everything together! We snuck away during the reception to take some more photos of Noela and Bryan, and I’m so glad we did, because we got to take advantage of a beautiful pink post-rain! The reception was super fun, and Noela & Bryan (and their wedding party) surprised the guests (and me!) with a lip synching duet to Glee’s cover of Don’t Stop Believin‘! I was psyched – I haven’t experienced something like this thus far in my wedding photography career and had so much fun taking photos! Congrats Noela & Bryan! Thanks for having us at your wedding!
