I met up with Kristin and Lauren on Monday for their engagement session at the Longfellow Wayside Inn. I love shooting there – I’d photographed a wedding there a couple years ago, and was itching to get back! We got really lucky with the weather, as there was the threat of rain that never materialized. It’s such a rich location, with so many great spots for photos. I honestly could have shot there all day! We started out at the grist mill (here’s a bit of trivia: the mill was used by Pepperidge Farm, and is the basis of their logo!), made our way to the barn, and then to the inn itself (here’s another bit of trivia: the inn is apparently haunted!), where they were nice enough to let us shoot inside! I had a great time, and can’t wait for Kristin and Lauren’s wedding in October!
